About the Role
We are seeking a Home Manager to join our team and take responsibility for leading our care home in Seacombe, Wallasey. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to our residents, while also managing a team of staff to achieve outstanding results.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with at least three years' experience in a leadership role. They will have excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships with local commissioners, professionals, and stakeholders. They will also have the ability to inspire, lead, and manage a team to achieve high standards of care and service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing person-centred care to residents
* Leading and managing a team to achieve high standards of care and service
* Developing and implementing plans to improve services and outcomes
* Collaborating with other departments and teams to achieve shared goals
* Managing budgets and resources effectively
