As HR Advisor, you will support recruitment cycles, conduct ER casework, manage absence procedures, ensure policy compliance, and contribute to staff training initiatives. The school uses a modern HRIS and maintains excellent administrative systems, including a fully compliant SCR and digital onboarding processes.

Experience and Qualifications
* HR experience at Officer or Advisor level
* Strong understanding of ER processes and employment law
* Knowledge of safer recruitment and safeguarding
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
* CIPD Level 5 desirable
