The Role
You’ll support a well‑established Employment team advising employers, directors and senior professionals on a wide range of matters, including:
* Day‑to‑day HR and employment law queries
* Drafting contracts, policies and settlement agreements
* Disciplinary, grievance and capability processes
* Employment Tribunal claims
* Employment support on corporate transactions
Candidate Requirements
* Solicitor or FCILEx, NQ–4 years’ PQE
* Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset
* Confident managing and developing your own caseload
* Able to work both independently and collaboratively
