Responsibilities Lead teams of in-house and external counsel/economists to respond to regulatory inquiries, investigations, litigation, enforcement actions, and overlapping civil matters relating to competition law and regulation. Oversee the collection and production of accurate information in external submissions and disclosures. Partner with the business to define strategy and effectively manage regulatory risk.
