What You’ll Be Doing
This is a dynamic B2B sales role focused on building relationships with our existing customers. You’ll be their go-to advisor, helping them get more value from our services while ensuring their contracts stay current.
* Proactively contact existing customers to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services
* Renew customer contracts, ensuring continued satisfaction and retention
* Negotiate product bundles, pricing, and contract terms tailored to customer needs
* Take a consultative, customer-first approach to every conversation, ensuring compliance and clarity throughout
What You’ll Bring
* Previous experience in a B2B sales, direct telesales or renewals role
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different customer styles
* Meticulous attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
