What you'll be working:
This role is full-time, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with additional on-call responsibilities.
What you'll be doing:
* Lead the development and delivery of this new service, ensuring it meets Ofsted regulations and delivers exceptional care.
* Implement trauma-informed approaches to care, such as PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, and Empathy), to support the children's emotional and behavioural development.
* Oversee the assessment and formulation of treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
* Build and manage a compassionate and skilled team, fostering a positive and supportive culture.
What you'll have:
* A Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare.
* Experience working in a trauma-informed care setting, whether clinical or non-clinical.
* In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations and best practices for children's residential care.
* Passion for providing child-focused care and creating a nurturing environment.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
* Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS.
