About You
As a Teacher of Design & Technology at The Hart School, you will bring your passion for teaching to life in the classroom. Our ideal candidate would:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status with a degree in a related discipline
* Desirable to have experience of teaching Engineering, but not essential
* Have a genuine passion for and a belief in the potential of every student
* Have the ability to think strategically about classroom practice and tailor lessons to students' needs
* Set high expectations and be a positive role model – consistently demonstrating the positive attitudes, values, and behaviours which we expect of pupils
About The Design Team
Our Design & Art Faculty comprises 9 teaching staff and 2 technical support staff, all subject specialists. The team is committed to delivering innovative and inspirational lessons across subjects including Graphic Design, Product Development, Food Technology, Photography, Art & Design, and Engineering.
