What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Care Assistant, you'll support our service users in their own homes, helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
* Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
* Medication support and health monitoring
* Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
* Supporting appointments and outings
* Light household tasks (laundry, cleaning, shopping)
* Working on a specialist care package (training provided)
