Your role involves creating a nurturing educational environment, enhancing learner referrals and enrolments, forging partnerships, ensuring compliance, and providing management insights to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities and Key Performance Indicators
Key Responsibilities
* Develop relationships with external stakeholders, community organisations, and networks to support adult learning programmes.
* Promote suitable adult learning programmes and SWAPs to learners and referral sources.
* Conduct information, advice, and guidance sessions for potential learners.
* Engage with learners, employers, and community groups, providing comprehensive programme information.
* Manage learner referral data, coordinating with tutors and management.
* Respond promptly to inquiries and support potential learners.
* Assess individual learner needs and provide tailored guidance.
* Attend education and careers events to promote adult learning.
* Complete recruitment and enrolment documentation accurately and on time.
* Meet monthly targets for programme starts, placements, and progressions.
* Implement learner engagement strategies to encourage participation.
* Gather feedback for programme improvement.
* Collaborate with marketing teams for promotion.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications and Training (Essential)
* GCSE A*-C in English, Maths, and ICT or equivalent.
* Full driving license.
* Experience in learner and stakeholder engagement, exceeding targets, customer service, working with networks, safeguarding, and IT skills.
* Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and adaptable skills.
