Responsibilities And Duties
* Be our Google Workspace Subject Matter Expert (SME).
* Level 3 support engineer, also provide support to Service Desk
* Design, implement, and manage Google Workspace solutions.
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Google Workspace applications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Google Workspace with other systems.
* Develop and maintain documentation for Google Workspace configurations and procedures.
* Monitor and optimize Google Workspace performance and security.
* Stay updated with the latest Google Workspace features and best practices.
* Design, implement, and manage JumpCloud solutions.
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for JumpCloud applications.
* Integrate JumpCloud with other systems and applications.
* Develop and maintain documentation for JumpCloud configurations and procedures.
* Monitor and optimize JumpCloud performance and security.
* Stay updated with the latest JumpCloud features and best practices.
* Work with cross-functional teams to create scalable, effective solutions

Essential
* Google Workspace certification a bonus.
* JumpCloud experience, certification a bonus.
* Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
* Knowledge of IT security best practices.
* Microsoft M365 System Admin experience a bonus but not mandatory.
* Azure engineer experience a bonus but not mandatory.
* Workday experience a bonus but not mandatory.
* Jira, Confluence, Slack and Zoom experience
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Proven experience with Google Workspace administration and support.
* Strong understanding of Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, etc.).
* Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
