Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students' academic and personal development. Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in accordance with curriculum standards and student needs
* Lead a small team of Teaching assistans
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth
* Create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and respect
* Develop customised learning materials and activities to cater to diverse learning styles
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and behavioural reports
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop school programmes and extracurricular activities
* Support students' social and emotional well-being by fostering a safe and nurturing atmosphere
* Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required
Qualifications
* recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent)
* Proven experience in teaching or tutoring within relevant age groups or subjects (nice-to-have)
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in British English
* Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
* Passion for education and commitment to student success
* Knowledge of current educational practices and curriculum standards
