Here at GXO, our Payroll Advisors support the day-to-day processing of the GXO payroll service, ensuring everything runs smoothly and that everyone gets paid accurately on time. If you have previous experience as a payroller, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
1. Enter payroll information into the ADP Global View payroll system, both manually and using the SSL loading feature.
2. Update employee payroll records with P45s, new starter declarations, tax, and NIC data.
3. Resolve pay-related queries received via phone or our query ticketing system, SNOW.
4. Proactively check payroll data and reports, resolving errors promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience in a payroll-focused role; experience with ADP Global View is a bonus.
* Up-to-date knowledge of HMRC guidance, payroll rules, and regulations.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to provide high customer service.
* Confident in using IT systems, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
