Role Description
This is a full-time, field-based role for a Field Sales Representative. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales calls, giving product demonstrations, managing customer accounts, and collaborating with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Additional responsibilities may include attending industry events, maintaining customer satisfaction, and staying updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in sales (experience in solar/renewable energy, real estate, insurance, or home improvement sales is a plus).
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
* Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
* Basic understanding of renewable energy is helpful, but full training will be provided.
