Your Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop staff through mentoring and regular support sessions
* Manage staff rotas, training, and annual leave
* Carry out monthly audits (medical, financial, compliance)
* Ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred environments
* Build strong relationships with families and professionals
* Report safeguarding concerns and incidents
* Work as part of the wider York District team
