Estate agent - sales negotiator

Please note that if you do not have the relevant experience required for the role, your application will not be considered. We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Windsor . The successful candidate should ideally have some property experience, be well spoken, and live local to Windsor. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car. Benefits: Basic £25,000 - £30,000 DOE OTE £28,000 - £42,000 DOE Monday to Thursday 9am - 6pm, Friday 9am - 5pm, every other Saturday 9am - 4pm (day back in lieu) 5 day working week Award winning independent Estate Agent 22 days holiday plus birthday off Parking at the office Structured career progression plan Strong training programme Great working culture Company events On-site parking Responsibilities: Registering and qualifying potential buyers Generating and conducting viewings Canvassing to bring on new properties Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers Preparing sales brochures Developing relationships Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis Booking appointments Always delivering exceptional customer service Key Skills: Ideally have some property experience Live local to Windsor High level of customer service skills.
