Responsibilities: We will provide hands-on configuration and functional support within SAP FI and MM modules. We will facilitate workshops and art of the possible sessions with business users. We will develop and support training materials and end-user enablement. We will collaborate with Business Analysts to define requirements and process flows. We will work with Test teams to support UAT, defect resolution, and readiness. We will ensure business processes are clearly mapped and aligned to SAP best practice. We will act as the bridge between Business Analysis and Test/QA to help solutions be understood, adopted, and delivered effectively. We will support the business in understanding SAP capabilities across finance and procurement, including manual versus automated approaches. We will work alongside third-party delivery partners to ensure solutions align with business needs and remain controlled internally. We will contribute to process mapping from current-state to future SAP-enabled processes. We will assist in training, upskilling, and knowledge transfer across business teams. We will support UAT preparation and execution with the Test Manager and stakeholders.
