Reporting to the Asset Lead within the mobilisation technical team, you’ll be responsible for reviewing and validating large volumes of asset data against contractual and statutory standards.
This home-based role is ideal for someone who thrives on detailed data work and has strong technical knowledge of SFG20 and Uniclass.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain asset and PPM data across mobilisation activities, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and statutory obligations.
* Develop, QA, and validate maintenance schedules, job plans, and procedure steps to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Maintain and version-control master blueprint templates for consistent asset planning and reporting.
* Review asset data submissions to ensure technical accuracy, completeness, and consistency with ISS standards.
* Collaborate with FM Systems and operational teams to develop accurate locational master data (properties, floors, asset hierarchies).
* Ensure full compliance with SFG20 maintenance requirements and Uniclass asset classifications.
* Support CAFM system integration and API activities, ensuring data flows correctly between platforms.
* Contribute to the creation of PPM planners and asset verification templates to support the mobilisation timeline.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Strong working knowledge of SFG20 and Uniclass asset coding frameworks.
* Extensive experience managing asset data within a hard services FM environment, ideally during mobilisation.
* Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, data validation, lookups; Power Query/BI or VBA a plus).
* Familiarity with CAFM platforms such as Planon, Concept, Concerto, or similar.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to data QA and documentation.
* Ability to communicate technical data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
