As a Night Auditor you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel overnight. You'll be responsible for delivering excellent guest service while completing essential end-of-day financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
* * Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests during the night shift
* Manage check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations
* Handle all guest communications, including calls, messages, and requests
* Resolve guest queries and ensure a high level of satisfaction
* Complete the night audit process, ensuring all reports and financials are accurate
* Review and reconcile daily transactions, highlighting any discrepancies
* Accurately record room and Food & Beverage statistics
* Process payments, charges, and billing queries
* Support the Front Office team in preparing for the next day’s operations
* Conduct routine security checks to ensure guest and property safety
What We’re Looking For
* Previous Front Office experience (essential)
* Minimum 1 year Opera PMS experience (preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
* Calm under pressure with a proactive approach
* Personal License Holder and/or First Aid trained (preferred but not essential)
