We are looking for a Commercial & Operations Manager with ambition, drive, and vision to help us deliver 50% growth by end of 2026. This is not a 9–5 job — it's an opportunity for someone forward-thinking to make their mark, build structure, and lead our business into the future.
The Role
As Commercial & Operations Manager, you will:
* Drive sustainable revenue growth through customer retention, efficiency, and new strategic partnerships
* Develop competitive pricing and margin strategies to protect profitability
* Work closely with team leaders to organise workflows, manage orders, and ensure customer deadlines are met
* Streamline and improve work processes, introducing KPIs and efficiency measures
* Lead, motivate, and manage the team to deliver excellent performance
* Oversee ISO9001 compliance, audits, and workplace safety
* Prepare management reports on financial and operational performance
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a commercial or operations leadership role (manufacturing, signage, print, workwear, or related sector)
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth while protecting margins
* Experience with KPIs, process improvement, and ISO9001
* Excellent people management skills — able to inspire, challenge, and lead
* Ambitious, forward-thinking, and not afraid to go beyond the standard 9–5 mindset
Salary & Package
* Salary:£ £37,000 per year
* Bonus: Performance-related bonus linked to customer retention, margin discipline, operational efficiency, and new partnerships
* Hours: 37.5–40 hours per week, Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm (flexibility required)
