About Our Client
We have partnered with a large Public Sector business based in Liverpool to support the recruitment of an Administrator to join the team on a part-time temporary basis. This role is a part-time evening position, the hours for this role are Monday to Friday 16:00 - 20:00.
Job Description
Key responsibilities:
3. Capture and digitise information as part of a process.
4. Act as a first point of contact for customers.
5. Manage customer expectations, interact, and always display professionalism.
6. Adhere to the Quality Framework, ensuring performance targets are met daily and accuracy targets are achieved.
7. Manage challenging situations always displaying professionalism Work as part of a team and also work independently managing your time appropriately, working efficiently at all times.

The successful candidate:
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Basic IT skills, as appropriate systems training will be provided
10. Effective problem-solving skills and be a team player who constantly displays commitment and flexibility.
11. Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail.
