Service Operations Planner (9-Month Fixed-Term Contract)
Role Overview:
The Service Operations Planner will contribute to the growth and success of the Service department by facilitating the service contract delivery process, including managing contracts to exceed customer expectations.
Objectives and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate Service & Survey Engineers in a designated area to manage resources effectively and maximize on-site time.
2. Use the service diary to schedule visits, communicate with Service Engineers, and liaise with colleagues as needed.
3. Record and monitor consumable and chemical usage throughout the contract to ensure availability and payment.
4. Work with Service Engineers to ensure proper briefing and reporting.
5. Coordinate reactive customer visits, including priority responses, surveys, and audits.
Previous Experience:
* Proven ability to achieve KPIs and targets.
* Experience with scheduling workloads and balancing capacity and demand.
