Pay: £25,654.00-£27,557.00 per year Job Description: Administrator - Metering Services Location: Hybrid (Agile Home Working policy after training) Type: Full-time Initial 18 Month Contract An excellent opportunity to join a dynamic administration team supporting a wide range of metering activities, including installations, maintenance, customer requests, and project work. Key Responsibilities: Provide admin support to Metering and Support teams Handle customer and electricity supplier requests (e.g. appointments, tariff changes, meter relocations) Manage internal databases and update spreadsheets Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders Support call handling and respond to customer enquiries Assist with both small and large-scale projects Essential Requirements: Minimum 4 GCSEs (Grade C or above) including English & Maths, or 2 years of relevant admin experience Strong IT skills (MS Office) Excellent attention to detail and numerical ability Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Desirable: Experience in a busy office environment Customer service or front-facing communication experience For more information on this role, please reach out to Phil Doherty @ VANRATH INDPD Benefits: Fantastic Benefits Package
