Client Care Advisor - Colchester If you enjoy providing great service and working in a team, we have just the opportunity for you at our Colchester practice. We're looking for a friendly, proactive, and positive individual to join our Client Care team. This is a varied and rewarding role that sits at the heart of both our busy first-opinion practice and our new Referral & ECC Hospital. What your typical day will look like You will be a key member of our client care team, working across both the general practice and the referral hospital. Your day will be varied and interesting, involving front-of-house and call centre duties, referral coordination, and ensuring every client feels welcomed and well looked after, from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Welcoming clients and providing exceptional front-of-house service Handling inbound calls, digital messages, emails, and appointment bookings Assist our Hospital Operations Coordinators with referrals between first-opinion practices and our clinical team Supporting vets and nurse with patient admissions, discharges, and taking payments Maintaining accurate records and smooth communication across both sites Helping the clinical teams with day-to-day administrative support This role is full or part time working with weekends on a rota basis The attributes required A warm, friendly and professional manner - especially with anxious clients A strong can-do attitude and natural problem-solving ability Excellent communication and organisational skills The ability to work well under pressure while staying positive A genuine team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Reliability and a real passion for delivering outstanding client care Previous veterinary experience will be beneficial but not essential- we value the right attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help people and their pets far more than specific experience. Full training will be provided.
