Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Duties
* Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
* Carry out general site maintenance and cleaning duties.
* Operate basic machinery and tools as required, following safety protocols.
* Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, providing assistance where needed.
* Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
* Report any issues or hazards to the site supervisor promptly.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning discussions.
Qualifications
CSCS Card is required
* Previous experience in a labouring role is preferred but not essential.
* Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
* Familiarity with health and safety practices on construction sites is advantageous.

Pay: £400.00-£450.00 per week
