We’re partnering with a 5* luxury hotel, now a culinary hotspot in the Cotswolds. This Senior Sous Chef role offers the chance to shape menus in a destination celebrated for its heritage and innovation.
The Hotel:
* 86 bedrooms, part of an iconic hotel group in the UK.
* Award-winning Cotswolds location with seasonal, produce-driven menus
* 48-hour contract (rota includes weekends)
The Ideal Senior Sous Chef:
* Proven experience in 5* hotels or high-end restaurants
* Strong leadership – can deputise for Head Chef and mentor junior staff
* Obsessed with quality, waste control, and kitchen efficiency
* Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
