Your Role:
As a Partner Portfolio Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our customer services team, responsible for ensuring seamless administration of critical functions. Your key activities will include:



5. Managing Direct Debits and incoming cash with precision.

6. Reconciling and logging payments accurately.

7. Communicating with various stakeholders to uphold service standards.

8. Meeting daily deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

14. Adhering to established processes for Direct Debits and settlements.

15. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure top-notch service.

16. Following company policies and regulatory compliance requirements.

17. Handling additional ad-hoc tasks as required by your line manager.
