Retail Store Manager
Act as a role model to strengthen GANT’s customer service guidelines within the team and ensure top-class service.
Achieve sales targets and related KPIs, meeting store goals.
Recruit, train, and develop team members, ensuring they understand GANT’s goals and objectives.
Lead and motivate the team daily.
Ensure ongoing team development through our learning platform, GANT Academy.
Maintain store visual presentation and merchandising according to company standards.
Keep the team updated on brand guidelines, product features, and sustainability targets.
Manage store operations, including environment and staff administration, ensuring policies align with company standards.
Report to the Head of Retail.
Ideal candidates will have a genuine interest in people, both customers and colleagues.
Must be driven by sales and performance, with 2-3 years experience working with KPIs.
Minimum 3 years in management roles within the retail apparel industry, including coaching, team development, planning, sales, customer service, recruitment, and experience in outlet/full-price stores.
Possess a positive attitude, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for fashion and lifestyle concepts.
Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and preferably additional languages.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
