PROJECT MANAGER - INFRASTRUCTURE
Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a strong track record in delivering infrastructure or technology projects from the ground up? Royal Mail is looking for a hands-on Technical PM to lead high-value, in-house initiatives across our Service Delivery (SD) portfolio.
As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of infrastructure-focused projects valued at £1 million and above. You’ll work internally—not from the supplier side—to drive delivery across a complex supplier ecosystem.
THE ROLE
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Establishing projects from inception: defining scope, writing business cases, securing investment, and mobilising delivery teams.
* Leading end-to-end project execution with autonomy and accountability.
* Managing stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams.
* Navigating outsourced supplier environments to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
* Experience delivering infrastructure or technology projects.
* Proven ability to work independently and drive outcomes in complex environments.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience managing multi-supplier landscapes and internal delivery teams.
* Confidence in securing investment and shaping project scope from the outset.
You’ll be at the heart of our transformation, ensuring technology enables operational excellence and customer value.
