Job Title: Temporary Administrative Assistant - Marketing Support
Location: Dundee Office
Working Hours: 3 days per week (preferably Wednesday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm)
Contract Type: Temporary (8 weeks)
Start Date: Ideally between 21st - 28th July
We are urgently seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to provide temporary support to our busy Marketing team based in Dundee. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. While marketing experience is not essential, an interest or background in the field would be a bonus.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team
Assist with project coordination for standalone marketing campaigns, particularly those aimed at increasing footfall to our stores
Support the delivery of our marketing plan, including initiatives around Food to Go and value messaging
Assist the Digital Marketing Officer with social media scheduling and digital activity as required
Help with the organisation of marketing materials and campaign documentation
Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers as needed
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
