Around 3,500 farmers based in East Anglia and the East Midlands supply our four advanced manufacturing sites with eight million tonnes of sugar beet every year. Job Purpose

We are recruiting for seasonal roles on our sugar beet processing campaign. The roles involve operating within the Beet Intake team, ensuring safety, production, quality, and compliance standards are met. Responsibilities include weighing, sampling, grading, traffic marshalling, and processing sugar beet vehicles to high standards, while working closely with The National Farmers Union (NFU) and troubleshooting operational issues.
Core Accountabilities
Ideally, candidates will have practical experience in a production environment or similar process and plant operations, though comprehensive training will be provided. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.
