Main responsibilities will include:
* Act as a critical bridge between our sales and purchasing departments, making sure all goods are delivered on time and to customer expectation.
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and updating CRM systems
* Provide holiday cover and support on managed accounts, giving the successful candidate experience dealing with our key customers.
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
* Participate in training sessions and complete coursework as part of your apprenticeship.

* Salary: £15,000-18,000 dependant on experience

The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 3 Business Administrator Qualification through Learning Curve Group.
You will be taught through:
4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor
6 weekly hours of Off the Job Training
The course is a 14-month programme
