A leading prestige main dealer in the Bournemouth / Poole area is growing and seeking an experienced and motivated Car Sales Executive to join its dynamic showroom team.
This is a rare opportunity to represent a premium automotive brand(s) within a business renowned for its professionalism, customer care, and commitment to excellence.
The successful Sales Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences from initial enquiry through to handover. They will manage the entire sales process with enthusiasm and attention to detail, ensuring every customer enjoys a first-class journey that reflects the prestige of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
4. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance options
5. Manage the full sales process, including test drives, negotiations, and vehicle handovers
6. Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers
7. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the brand’s product range and features
8. Work collaboratively with the sales and aftersales teams to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements for this Car Sales Executive role:
9. Proven track record in car sales, ideally within a prestige or main dealer environment
10. Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach
11. Strong communication and negotiation skills
12. Target-driven with excellent organisational ability
13. Full UK driving licence

15. £27,000 basic, OTE £53,000.
