An opportunity has arisen for aSales Representative to join a leading organisation in the waste management sector, committed to sustainable solutions and industry innovation.
As a Sales Representative, you will deliver proactive account management to both new and existing clients, driving growth across waste service solutions.
This role offers a salary range of £32, - £35, plus commission and benefits.
You will be responsible for:
1. Building lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term engagement.
2. Identifying and converting new sales opportunities, developing a robust pipeline of potential clients.
3. Preparing and delivering tailored presentations to clients on waste service options.
4. Advising clients on how to improve recycling outcomes and hosting site-based awareness days.
5. Understanding client requirements and offering appropriate, compliant solutions to meet their needs.
6. Preparing quotes and overseeing the transition from initial enquiry through to signed agreement.
7. Supporting customers with any service concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
8. Recording and maintaining accurate sales leads and contact information.
What we are looking for:
9. Previously worked as a Field Sales Representative, Field Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Account Manager, Sales Executive, Sales Representative, Business Development Manager, Sales Consultant, B2B Sales or in a similar role.
10. Possess business development and sales experience.
11. A solid understanding of the waste and recycling industry, particularly within a commercial setting.
12. Knowledge of financial principles and commercial strategy.
13. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
14. Skilled in Microsoft Office and confident working with CRM systems.
