Role Overview:
You will be responsible for the upkeep and presentation of outdoor spaces, carrying out a range of garden maintenance tasks. This is a hands-on, outdoor role that requires good attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
Grass cutting, hedge trimming, pruning, and planting.
Weed control and general tidying of garden areas.
Use and maintenance of garden machinery and tools.
Seasonal garden care (mulching, leaf clearance, preparation for planting).
Assisting with small landscaping works when required.

Requirements:
* 25 years or older (due to insurance requirements for driving company vehicles).
* Full, clean UK driving licence, driving duties will be included in branded company vans.
* or 16 + with no license

Proven experience in garden or grounds maintenance.
Knowledge of plants, lawn care, and horticultural best practices.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
A strong work ethic, reliability, and good communication skills.
