ThePlaceToBe are excited to be working closely with a well respected agency in Leeds who specialise and have carved out a large market share of communications work in social, digital and PR.
About the role…
There is already an established team in place here so we are looking for somebody who can come in and shape the future of the agency.
What you’ll be doing day to day…
* Be the main POC for all clients especially involved in quarterly reviews
* Ensuring the team work to deadlines and deliverables are met
* Collaborating with the wider business to align on the bigger picture across creative and digital fields
* Constantly wanting to evolve yourself as a professional and the social media division in order to provide the best results possible that the agency are well known for
* Working with the senior leadership team to constantly evolve and proposition the agency in the strongest position to put their best foot forward
About you…
This role would suit someone with a keen eye for detail, somebody who is a firm believer in the small intricacies of a big social campaign. You will have been in the world of social media for a number of years and have a very strong understanding of every part of the social media lifecycle. You will be ready for the biggest and most exciting challenge of your career. We are looking for somebody who is very passionate about what they do, confident and vibrant in their delivery. We want a big and welcoming personality to lead from the front.
What we're looking for…
* Demonstrable experience working with globally known household names
* Experience managing a team compromising of Execs, Account Managers, Content Creators, Account Directors and leads across both paid and organic
* Somebody who is passionate and really believes in the power of social - with some great examples of work they have been involved in
* Somebody who has previous notable successes in winning business via pitching and upselling
