HR (Human Resources) Transformation & Engagement Senior Advisor – NLC7

People Operations Team-Employee Service Centre

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who has extensive experience of working within a fast-paced HR customer service role. If you thrive in a customer-focused environment and bring exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement – this role is for you.

The Employee Service Centre comprises of the following teams:

HR Transformation and Engagement

1. People Operations
2. HR Compliance and Audit
3. HR process reengineering
4. People Helpdesk
5. Workforce Engagement and Employee Website administration

Payroll & Pensions Team

Workforce Resourcing

6. Recruitment

Workforce Systems and Analytics

7. Analytics
8. Workforce Systems Admin
9. Workforce Systems Development

Role Overview

As a Senior Advisor within HR Transformation – People Operations Team, you will:

10. Supervise day-to-day activities of People Operations Advisors, managing workloads and ensuring payroll deadlines and service level agreements are adhered to.
11. Oversee the accurate and timely processing of HR transactions across the full employee lifecycle to termination.
12. Support the Team Lead in driving digitilisation agenda, enhancing processes and promoting employee and manager self-service.
13. Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, resolving transactional HR queries and complaints with sensitivity and professionalism.
14. Escalate unresolved issues to the Tea Lead when necessary.

What we are Looking For

We are seeking a proactive individual who can thrive under pressure and manage conflicting priorities. You should be:

15. Skilled in time management and confident working independently
16. Experienced in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
17. Comfortable, challenging existing practices and embrace change.
18. Open and receptive to supporting digital transformation initiatives.
19. Strong IT proficiency, particularly in MS Office; familiarity with ITrent and MYNL Portal would be advantageous.
20. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
21. Sharp analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail
22. Educated to SVQ3, HNC, or equivalent level.
23. Knowledgeable in HR policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
