Role Overview
As a Senior Advisor within HR Transformation – People Operations Team, you will:
10. Supervise day-to-day activities of People Operations Advisors, managing workloads and ensuring payroll deadlines and service level agreements are adhered to.
11. Oversee the accurate and timely processing of HR transactions across the full employee lifecycle to termination.
12. Support the Team Lead in driving digitilisation agenda, enhancing processes and promoting employee and manager self-service.
13. Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, resolving transactional HR queries and complaints with sensitivity and professionalism.
14. Escalate unresolved issues to the Tea Lead when necessary.

19. Strong IT proficiency, particularly in MS Office; familiarity with ITrent and MYNL Portal would be advantageous.

21. Sharp analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail
22. Educated to SVQ3, HNC, or equivalent level.
23. Knowledgeable in HR policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
