The Role
The Production Supervisor is responsible for aiding the Production Managers with the running of the factory. They will supervise production, resolve both production and staffing issues, complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner and ensure factory standards are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee production and resolve any issues. Informing Production Managers and/or the Factory Manager if any issues cannot be resolved.
Monitor product standards and having a sound knowledge of the quality control programmes implemented.
