Key Responsibilities: * Provide admin support to Development and Sales teams, including meeting coordination, record updates, and managing enquiries. * Oversee the defects reporting process, liaising with residents, contractors, and project managers. * Maintain approved lists of consultants/contractors and ensure compliance with internal procedures. * Prepare sales, performance, and satisfaction reports for management. * Organise inspections, property sales events, and social media campaigns. * Provide aftercare support to new residents and assist with property sales research. The ideal candidate will have: * Strong administrative and organisational skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. * Previous experience within a development team and/or excellent knowledge and understanding of defects. * Previous housing experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
