We are seeking a Hotel Manager, to join our team in running our 60 room only hotel and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Salary & Benefits:
* Starting salary: £27,500 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the smooth running of our 60 room only hotel operation, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction
* Supervise and support staff across departments, acting as the main point of contact during shifts
* Handle guest queries, complaints and special requests professionally and efficiently
* Ensure compliance with health & safety, and company policies
* Assist with staff training, rota planning and performance management
* Monitor standards of service and cleanliness across the hotel
About You
* Previous experience in a supervisory or duty management role within hospitality
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team
* Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities
* Flexible and reliable with two days off per week
* Passionate about guest satisfaction and creating memorable guest experiences
