What You’ll Do
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer communications
* Schedule service appointments and coordinate with our field technicians
* Process orders, invoices, and maintain accurate records
* Provide administrative support to the sales and service teams
* Keep our office organised and running efficiently
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in an office/admin role
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
