About the Role
You’ll work across the full HR lifecycle, supporting recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and HR systems. You’ll collaborate with the Head of HR and HR Assistant to deliver thoughtful, efficient, and compliant HR services to staff across both the prep and senior schools.
Key responsibilities include:
* Advising on employment law and HR best practice
* Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
* Managing employee relations and absence cases
* Contributing to HR projects and system implementation
* Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and safer recruitment standards
What We’re Looking For
* Strong HR generalist experience and employment law knowledge
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A collaborative, solution-focused mindset
* Experience in education or regulated environments (desirable)
