Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insight, challenge andmercial directionLead and develop a high-performing finance function, driving best-in-class reporting and controlsOwn budgeting, forecasting and long-range planningSupport and enhance US operations, including financial oversight andpliancePlay a central role in M&A activity – from due diligence through to integration and value creationDrive performance and decision-making through robust financial analysisImprove systems, processes and scalability to support continued growthWhat you'll need to succeed
Fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)Circa 8+ years’ PQEOperating as a Financial Controller or Finance Director in a smaller / scaling businessUnderstanding of US markets, entities and operating environmentsM&A experience including transaction support and integrationHighlymercial, with the ability to influence at board levelWhat you'll get in return
