Job Description
As a member of our Internal Account Management team the purpose of the role is to provide the highest level of customer service and administrative support to our customer base in order to maximise the sales opportunities for our product proposition.
Key responsibilities include:
1. To process customer orders accurately & efficiently and provide customer support within nominated accounts
2. To provide customers with appropriate information relating to our product and service offering
3. To provide customers with the most appropriate solution in response to their enquiry and tender requests, ensuring that every possible avenue is fully explored.
4. To ensure customers are aware and have access to all relevant information that will enable them to promote our products and services effectively & efficiently
5. To ensure that all possibilities are fully explored to secure a customer opportunity
6. To process customer sample requests, arrange collection, and capture feedback on outcome of enquiry
7. Providing a positive first impression and experience to all visitors of Ocee & Four Design
8. Close liaison with purchasing, transport and deliveries with regards to stock allocation to orders to ensure service delivery to customers
