Duties:
7. Preparing vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming
8. Mixing and matching paint to meet exact colour specifications
9. Applying primer and topcoat with precision and efficiency
10. Polishing and refinishing vehicles to achieve a high-quality finish
11. Conducting final quality checks to ensure work meets safety and manufacturer standards
12. Working on a variety of makes and models using advanced equipment
13. Collaborating closely with team members to deliver excellent customer results
Requirements:
14. Proven experience as a Bodyshop Paint Sprayer with a solid portfolio of completed work
15. Knowledge of vehicle surface preparation, mixing paints, and applying coatings accurately
16. Familiarity with modern painting equipment and techniques
17. Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
18. Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
19. Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
