TST Caseworker - Tenancy Sustainment & Floating SupportLocation: PAN LondonPay Rate: £17.14 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)Contract: Temporary (Approx. 2 months)Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM) OverviewCentral Recruitment is currently recruiting for a TST Caseworker to join a dynamic service supporting individuals aged 18+ who are recovering from homelessness.This role focuses on delivering high-quality tenancy sustainment and floating support, helping clients maintain independence, improve wellbeing, and successfully move forward into long-term accommodation. Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of 25-28 clients, delivering regular key working sessions
* Develop strengths-based, outcome-focused support plans with clients
* Carry out risk assessments and implement effective risk management strategies
* Support clients with debt reduction, budgeting, and maximising income
* Work in partnership with statutory and non-statutory services, including accompanying clients to appointments
* Support access to health services, addressing physical and mental health needs
* Promote social inclusion, including access to education, training, and employment opportunities
* Deliver and facilitate group sessions, activities, and drop-ins
* Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns in line with policy and legislation
Requirements
* Experience or strong understanding of working with:
o Homelessness / housing support
o Mental & physical health
o Substance misuse (drug & alcohol)
o Safeguarding and risk management
o Tenancy sustainment (arrears, ASB, budgeting)
* Knowledge of housing pathways and move-on routes (PRS, social housing, supported housing)
* Ability to deliver trauma-informed, strengths-based support and motivational interventions
* Experience supporting clients to move into and sustain accommodation
* Strong partnership working and communication skills
* Ability to manage workload effectively and work independently (including lone working)
