Citadel Source is delighted to be partnered with a fast growth retail business in Gloucestershire in the recruitment of a Finance Manager, a newly created role to support the Head of Finance with the running of the finance function, ensuring that quality remains at the forefront in such a fast-paced environment.
The role
Reporting into the Head of Finance, this role will be responsible for the monthly preparation of the management accounts across multiple entities, in conjunction with the Management Accountants, including commentary and variance analysis. In addition, you will take ownership of a small team, ensuring workload is delivered to a high standard and invest in their personal development.
About you
