The role An exciting opportunity has arisen within a busy Private Wealth and Succession team to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor based in Huddersfield. This is a hands-on role with a diverse caseload where you will be expected to hit the ground running and provide high-quality advice to a wide range of clients. You will be responsible for: Drafting Wills and Codicils Administering estates, including high-net-worth and complex probate matters Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney Advising on Trust creation and administration Providing expert advice on Inheritance Tax and succession planning Supporting business development and regional networking activities This role offers real variety and visibility and you'll work alongside dedicated specialists committed to excellent client care and practical solutions. About you You will ideally have a minimum of 2PQE in private client work, though strong candidates at other levels are welcome to apply if they can demonstrate relevant expertise.
