SRM are preparing for the commencement of a major programme of construction works in Port Talbot, South Wales. The works to be undertaken will involve heavy construction/ civil engineering works across a variety of industrial work fronts over the next 3 to 4 years, commencing initially with a series of enabling works ahead of the main programme of works commencing Q3: 2025.

The Logistics Administrator role:

As a Logistics Administrator you will be working closely with the project delivery team reporting into the Logistics Manager based on the project where you will be responsible for day-to-day administration tasks for the team including but not limited to:

* Arranging inductions
* Booking in vehicles and visitors
* Ensuring we are compliant with client communications
* Maintain accurate and consistent records



Your profile:

* Must be a Team Player
* Must be hands on and with a “can do attitude.”
* IT Proficient preferably used to working with a Common Data Environment although not essential as training will be given for the right candidate
* Proficiency in both Word and Excel is a must
* Previous experience in Civil Engineering or Construction environment preferred but not essential
* Previous Logistics Administration experience is desirable
* Strong communication skills at all levels
* Highly organised, be able to prioritise and work to strict deadlines
