Pastry Apprentice Chef - Brockenhurst, Hampshire Hours: 40 hours per week Location: THE PIG, Brockenhurst, SO42 7QL We are looking for a Apprentices to join our award-winning Chef Academy. This is an apprenticeship like no other. You will get to experience all the things that make the PIG's unique, from craft training to bread making, chocolate work, and cheese making. As a PIG Pastry Apprentice you will get to work with our fantastic Pastry teams. This is a Level 3 Apprenticeship, so does require previous experience or Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification. The apprenticeship offers clear and proven career progression, plus expert guidance from our training provider - Umbrella. The apprenticeship is open to all ages and contracts are 40 hours per week, 5 days per week. You will get everything you need to start your new career in the kitchen, from a full knife set, uniform, practical cookery book and recipe journal, as well as access to a team with a wealth of knowledge and experience. You will also get a chance to work in other PIG kitchens. Our menu changes weekly, because of this, working for us is a very personal style of cooking.
