Busy artist and producer management company in N1 London looking for a tech‑savvy and creative coordinator to support our teams of managers across the roster and the companys own channels.
Responsibilities and tasks include:
Social Media
* Posting on socials day‑to‑day content
* Coordinating live announcements, pre‑sales
* Coordinating album / single announcements
* Proactive ideation – work across teams on audience growth strategies
Audience Coordination
* Email database management (e.g. setting up and creating templates in Mailchimp for newsletters + making sure sign‑up process and links work)
* Website management (updating content and SEO)
* Managing the D2C store
* Managing assets and data across DSP platforms
* Digital advertising / online spend on Google and Meta Ads
Graphic Design / Creative
* Graphic design and editing for creation of assets e.g. tour posters
* Video editing of assets
* Designing email templates
* Support with and implement ideas of content
* Edit to optimise assets for different platforms
Skills and Experience
* Minimum 1–2 years in digital marketing or social media within the music or entertainment industry.
* Expert‑level social media and platform literacy
* Strong video and graphic editing skills/experience with short‑form content
* Prolific across Adobe Creative Suite (or similar software)
* Highly organised intrinsically backing up and filing assets (via Dropbox, iCloud etc)
* Comfortable in (or keen to learn to) set up and track ads across Google, Meta, and YouTube
* Comfortable with performance tracking and analysis
Desired
* Drive to learn and keep up to date with developments in the industry to grow in the role
* Proven track record of successfully using data analytics for audience growth
* Animation skills
